FindMee provides both free and premium subscription options to accommodate various user needs. Our subscription structure is designed to be flexible and transparent, giving you control over your experience.

Automatic Renewal

All paid subscriptions automatically renew until explicitly cancelled by the user. This ensures continuous access to premium features without interruption.

Cancellation Process

Upon cancellation, your account will seamlessly transition to the free plan at the conclusion of your current billing period, ensuring uninterrupted access to basic features. No further charges will be applied to your payment method.

Payment Policy

Please note that payments are non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined in our refund policy. We maintain this policy to ensure fair service provision for all users.

Third-Party Payments

For subscriptions processed through third-party payment systems like Apple App Store or Google Play, all refund inquiries must be directed to these respective platforms according to their established policies. FindMee cannot process refunds for transactions made through these platforms.

Your Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they post on FindMee, including but not limited to photos, videos, text, comments, messages, and location data. This means you should only post content you've created yourself or have explicit permission to use.

Users also guarantee their content:

  • Does not violate any intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.), privacy rights, or other legal rights of any person or entity
  • Complies with FindMee's Community Standards and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
  • Contains no viruses, malware, spyware, adware, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful or disruptive code
  • Does not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliations
  • Does not contain unauthorized commercial communications or spam

FindMee maintains the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice. We may also temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that repeatedly post violating content. These measures are in place to ensure a safe and respectful environment for our entire community. Use of Your Content

When you post content on FindMee, you grant the platform a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, distribute, modify, and reproduce your content as necessary for platform functionality and promotional purposes. Even after deleting content from your profile, copies may exist in cached or archived versions of the site, on other users' devices, or on third-party platforms where it was shared.

This includes financial data, identification numbers, precise location details, and private contact information. Additionally, consider the potential business implications before sharing proprietary information, trade secrets, or commercially valuable content, as the license you grant allows for broader usage than you might anticipate.

Users can modify their privacy settings to limit content visibility, but should understand that no online sharing platform can guarantee absolute privacy or protection against unauthorized redistribution.

Monetization

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for various reasons, including but not limited to: sharing prohibited content, engaging in fraudulent activities, harassing other users, attempting to manipulate platform metrics, or consistently violating our community guidelines.

During a suspension period, your profile will be temporarily hidden from public view, though you may still access your dashboard with limited functionality. Permanent termination means complete removal of your profile and associated content from our platform.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription plans purchased on FindMee are generally non-refundable, with exceptions granted only in cases of verifiable system errors or unauthorized transactions. Users retain complete flexibility to cancel their subscriptions at any time by accessing the cancellation option in their account settings. Following cancellation, all premium features will remain accessible until the conclusion of the current billing period, after which the account will automatically revert to the free tier with standard features.

Our technical team continuously monitors system performance and promptly addresses any issues to ensure optimal service reliability and exceptional user experience.

Uptime is calculated on a monthly basis, with performance metrics available upon request for corporate account holders. In the event of service disruptions that fall below our guaranteed thresholds, eligible customers may qualify for service credits proportional to the duration and severity of the outage. All scheduled maintenance activities are announced at least 48 hours in advance through our status page and via email notifications to administrative contacts.

FindMee commits to the following resolution timeframes: Critical issues affecting multiple users will be addressed within 2 hours, significant functionality issues within 8 hours, and non-critical issues within 48 hours of verification. FindMee reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' advance notice to program participants.

Promotional Guidelines & Restrictions

Affiliates may utilize approved marketing materials provided through the affiliate dashboard, including banners, text links, and product descriptions. Any custom promotional content must receive prior written approval from FindMee before publication. Prohibited promotional tactics include spam, misleading claims, trademark infringement, incentivized clicks, and any advertising on websites containing adult, illegal, or harmful content. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with FindMee in all promotional materials in accordance with applicable regulations.

Application Process & Eligibility

Prospective affiliates must complete an application form detailing their promotional methods, audience demographics, and relevant experience. FindMee reviews all applications and reserves the right to reject any applicant without providing justification. Approved affiliates gain immediate access to the affiliate dashboard, tracking tools, and marketing resources. The agreement remains valid for 12 months and automatically renews unless either party provides written termination notice at least 14 days before the renewal date.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the FindMee platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, excluding user-generated content, is the exclusive property of FindMee or its licensors.

Permitted Usage

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal use. This license does not confer any ownership rights and may be revoked at FindMee's discretion if terms are violated.

Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, displaying, transmitting, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform without prior written authorization from FindMee. This includes scraping data, creating derivative works, or using platform elements for commercial purposes.

Trademark Protection

The FindMee name, logo, and associated branding elements are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use of these marks may constitute trademark infringement and may result in legal action.

Copyright Notices

All copyright notices, watermarks, and other intellectual property notices contained within the platform must be maintained and cannot be removed, altered, or obscured.

Liability & Disclaimers

The FindMee platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, either expressed or implied. FindMee assumes no responsibility for user-generated content, accuracy of information, or functionality of third-party services integrated within our platform. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages that may arise from your use of our services.

In the event of a valid liability claim, FindMee's maximum financial responsibility is limited to either the total amount paid by the user during the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or £100, whichever sum is greater. These liability limitations and disclaimers are designed to clearly define the boundaries of FindMee's legal obligations while ensuring fair protection for both our platform and our users.

Users acknowledge that they utilize FindMee at their own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the platform or that it will be error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices and operating systems. FindMee specifically disclaims liability for any data loss, device damage, or personal injury that may occur in connection with the use of our services.

Additionally, FindMee is not responsible for any disputes, disagreements, or legal issues that may arise between users who connect through our platform. Any agreements made between users are solely their responsibility. We reserve the right to modify these disclaimers at any time, with continued use of FindMee constituting acceptance of such modifications.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for matters which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
